Never Tomorrow Never tomorrow make no mistake she stands long and narrow she is the light in your shadow pilots in wake chase the sky black the sun slips away but it always comes back you're a spoke on a wheel and you splash down the street with your hands on your eyes letting go of both feet and you tear through the crossing in a powerful haze you don't care if they're looking you don't care about the looks on their face in a flight down a barrel swallowed up by the tide with the bobbing and choking an impossible ride never tomorrow make no mistake she stands long and narrow she is the light in your shadow pilots in wake chase the sky black the sun slips away but it always comes back

You're Innocent When You Dream The bats are in the belfry the dew is on the moor where are the arms that held me and pledged her love before and pledged her love before It's such a sad old feeling the hills are soft and green it's memories that I'm stealing but you're innocent when you dream you're innocent when you dream I made a golden promise that we would never part I gave my love a locket and then I broke her heart and then I broke her heart It's such a sad old feeling the hills are soft and green it's memories that I'm stealing but you're innocent when you dream you're innocent when you dream Running through the graveyard we laughed, my friends and I we swore we'd be together until the day we died until the day we died It's such a sad old feeling the hills are soft and green it's memories that I'm stealing but you're innocent when you dream you're innocent when you dream

about

This is the soundtrack to Episode 13 of Home on the Rangy TV.

Lou Lou Land is an off-grid location: a 1930's fishing cabin nestled deep in the Canadian wilderness. A secret, sacred hide-out of sorts.

For close to 15 years, I would come out here every summer with my closest friends to spend peaceful retreats together. No electricity, phone reception or even running water. We'd drink from the natural springs, fish, feast by the fire, spin the old gramophone, stargaze, and soothe our noisy city brains to the sweet sound of the lake lapping up on the rocky shore.

This would be my last visit, as the cabin was to be sold to new owners and completely gutted. So I piled some instruments, microphones, and a little red generator into our beat up old row boat and lugged it out to Lou Lou Land for one last look around.
